Job Description
Social27 is looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Your responsibilities include working closely with our Customer success and project management team to revert to all incoming queries from clients onboarding during or before the event. A team player who has a zeal to excel shall contact for this permanent work from home position.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
Analyze and report product malfunctions.
Support the CSM team and client during live events.
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Follow up with CSM/client event to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our relevant stakeholders
Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Support the Client and CSM team during live events
Communicate updates to internal stakeholders across different teams
Skills & Experience required
Customer support 1.5 to 3 years’ experience
Exposure in client facing role, directly communicating with end client via emails/ Voice
Ability to work with Technical and Business teams
Preference to voice based international processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
