- Ensuring Accounting entries are updated in QuickBooks of main and sister company.
- Preparing Invoices, Estimates, credit notes, debit notes.
- Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.
- Follow up on o/s accounts receivable.
- Processing online payments as needed.
- Assist in MIS report.
- Assist with preparation for annual audits.
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.
Skills Required
- Familiarity with Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
- Research skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Deadline-driven with time management ability
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESIC is required.
Qualification
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks will be added Advantage.
Job Timings
2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Flexible too)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
