SOFTSTANDARD SOLUTIONS is hiring for the US Immigration Executive position.

Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
Experience: Need 1+ years in the below responsibilities.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with an Attorney to Generate New H1, Extension, and Amendment Procedures.
• Request documents from Consultants and Vendors/Clients as per Attorney Checklist.
• Monitor and respond quickly to the requests received on H-1B Visas and Green Card processing, filing H-1B Cap cases which open in the month of April, and take care of all other immigration needs involving H-1B Amendments, H-1B Extensions, H-1B Transfers, PERM Process, Perm Audits, I-140 & Adjustment of Status.
• Collect and verify new hires and current employees’ work authorization and keep track of their non-immigrant expiration dates and initiate extensions as needed.
• Ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visa are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
• Verify wage details for respective designation in the FLC data center with the help of the Counties as per location for filing of LCA.
• Update immigration files as needed, as well as prepared public access files (PAF) based on the initiated and certified LCA ensuring compliance, documentation, and execution of immigration policies and procedures for all the employees.
• Review the RFE copies and collect the RFE documents from consultants and share the same with on-site counterparts as well as attorneys of Law firms.
• Maintain proper organization files, records, and correspondence related to the organization’s HR & Immigration.
• Support the coordination with the law firm for non-immigrant and permanent resident applications and petitions on behalf of potential and existing employees.
