Job Description : Windows Office 365 Management Services for managing Datacenter Services hosted on windows servers with 24X7 availability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of team for below Services
Exchange Online
Skype for business
Office Pro Plus
One Drive
Teams
Monthly health dashboard
Monthly usage report
Quarterly license usage report
Enable 0365 licenses user ID creation, deletion, modification
DL creation and modification
Configuring ant spam and antimalware policy modification
Manage transport rules
Manage Skype domains
Manage and enable DLP policy as per BSE requirement
Create and manage MDM policies as per BSE requirement
Manage Skype for business based policies
Support desktop team centrally to Deploy Office Pro Plus
Bi weekly synchronizing scheduled testing of Dir Sync server.
Monthly articles on various new features on O365 for IT team
Preparing Quarterly mailers for the end users on new feature of O365. ( To be send by BSE IT team to end users)
Coordinate with Microsoft for troubleshooting
