– Must know how to provice support – on call, chat or ticketing tool
– Knowledge of AD, DNS , DHCP
– Hands on experience of filesystem mgmt

– OS Patching
– OS installation and upgrade
– Experience on OS window 2019, 2012, 2016
– Knowldge of SCCM
– Performance monitoring and troubleshooting
– Knowledge of ITIL process
– Must know how to provice support on call, chat or ticketing tool
– Basic knowledge linux
