Softpaper is an Ed-tech startup with a vision & mission to remove the usage of papers in the education industry and is committed to delivering the Joy of Learning to students and ease of teaching for teachers in K12 segments by creating a tech-based, holistic, nurturing and secure learning environment for children. With a focus to give stakeholders the latest tech-based tool to help perform their day-to-day activities more efficiently & innovatively.We’re on a hunt for a Product Designer who is passionate about design & innovation and can design end-to-end flows & experiences that are simple and elegant for our designed platforms.In addition, to have exceptional visual skills, joinee must be able to work on solving a wide range of problem statements by moving pixels & making rational design decisions that stem from user research, data points, and design principles.The perfect candidate would be someone who is open to feedback, rapidly iterate & make prototypes, to ultimately be able to ship features by collaborating with fellow designers, developers & stakeholders.Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the features and modules assigned to you from inception to production.

• Communicate ideas & concepts through high-fidelity prototypes.

• Take quick feedback and iterate fast to drive quality designs fitting the time.

• Prepare a comprehensible design handoff that conveys every case and functionality concisely for the developer’s ease.

• Oversee shipped features and extract useful insights using analytics and qualitative feedback, track issues & detect gaps to be fixed in the next iteration.

• Involve in pre-sprint discussions on the prioritization of features for our diverse range of products.
