Full Job Description
Applicants should have knowledge of both HR and Administration. Male candidates preferred, freshers and experienced both are open to apply.This job is based in Ahmedabad, Thaltej and required work from office only. Local candidates preferred.Recruitment:Able to handle Recruitment Process through souring platforms.Screen job applications and shortlist candidates.Collaborating with HR and the management of the recruitment process.Interviewing (telephonic & F2F) for new profiles and search candidates for vacant profilesScheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, Daily Attendance Management, compensation etc. and resolve related issues and problems.Administration:Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance-to-company policies.Handle the office equipment to ensure it is working smoothly, ensure its timely maintenance.Good at follow-up Coordination.Client Coordination & Proper Mail Follow up for projects and payments.Timely maintenance, ensuring office helping staff/maid keep office premises clean.Petty Cash Handling.Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.Assist in administering benefits, compensation, Policy making, Implementation and employee performance programs.Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments.Able to handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.Skills & Qualifications:Good exposure to both recruitment and admin functionsExcellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skillsProfessionally confident with the ability to connect and influence at all levels, internal and external.Ability to work in a multi reporting line structure.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledgeable in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent interpersonal skills.Positive attitude & good team player.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Any experience working in IT industry or open to work in IT industry would be an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8488047014
