Experience : 6 months – 1 year (International Voice Process) (MANDATORY)

Notice Period: Immediate to 10 days

Work Location : Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)

Job Description:

• International voice process experience – Minimum 1 year (MANDATORY)
• Shifts – Rotational (Early morning, late night and daily shifts)
• Weekly offs – Rotational
• Shift Allowances – Only for Night and early morning shift
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Must be able to understand issues, help create solutions.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs.
• Flexibility to travel on his or her own during day shifts.

Looking only for local residents around Ghansoli, Panvel, Dombivli ,Mumbra

1 way cab provided for only late night and early morning shift if their logout / login falls between 10pm to 6am; for rest shifts employees will have to travel on their own.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹260,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
