Position Title: Associate Process Analyst
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Job Summary:
Primary responsibility is to support the Invoice Processing service by performing data entry into the invoice processing system.
Responsibilities:
- Review all the emails in the mail box
- Download the invoices daily as needed
- Key invoices into invoice processing application daily
- Review data inputs for accuracy/completeness
- Research and resolve aged open invoices
- Research and reconcile accounts payable problem issues
- Maintain various a metrics
- Escalate exceptions to manager
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent required; some college level accounting preferred
- General understanding of spreadsheets & database applications preferred
- Detail orientated
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word and Excel required; general offices skills such as data processing, filing, emailing
- Language and communication skills (written and verbal), for working with U.S. utility vendor invoices
- Data entry (10-Key)
- Solid math skills
- Able to learn new processes and tools in a fast-paced environment
Education & Certifications:
- Any Graduate.
