• Inform Customers About Company’s Products/Services And Offers
• Manage Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner
• Ask Questions To Understand Customer Requirements And Close Sales.
• Direct Prospects To The Field Sales Team When Needed.
• Enter And Update Customer Information In The Database.
• Go The “Extra Mile” To Meet Sales Quota And Facilitate Future Sales.
• Keep Records Of Calls And Sales And Note Useful Information.
• Identify Customer’s Needs And Convince The Customer To Buy The Product/Service.
• Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge And Clarify Information Wherever Required.
• Ability To Be On Phone For A Long Time And Familiar Using Dial-er Systems
• Comfortable To Work On Laptop/Customer.

Preferable candidate – From FINTECH Industry/ Banking/ Insurance/ BPO

Qualification- Any Graduation

Salary- RS-8000-RS-11000+ Lucrative Incentive

Office time 10 a.m. to 6 .pm.
