Sone India Group of Industries Hiring for Project Manager at India Full Time

(Preference will be given to candidates of water supply projects – #execution)
1. Planning and execution of civil engineering structures like WTP, Overhead Water Tanks (OHT), Sump, pump house, laying, jointing DI, HDPE Pipe pipelines, House service connection.
2. Responsible for planning and execution of project activities, reviewing designs and drawings while ensuring compliance with quality plans.
3. Acting as single-point contact for Client, sub-contractors, coordinating with sub-contractors and site personnel’s during surveying, execution, testing & commissioning of the project.
4. Responsible for staffing requirements, conducting team meetings, delegating tasks, and managing project activities across multiple departments and functions.
5. Contractor management, work measurements and timely billing of sub-contractors.
6. Managing Project Teams, both External Suppliers and Internal Staff
Reporting to HO with daily, weekly and monthly progress report for the site
7. Responsible for timely billing to client of all executed items by in house team or sub-contractors, payment from client, approval of extra items and variations, reconciliation of materials issued to sub-contractors.
8. Taking permissions from respective departments for clearance of lands and roads for Civil structures and laying of pipe
9. Leading the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
10. Providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects
11. Coordinating with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procuring required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
12. Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:
