What You Will Do
Serve as a key point contact across various department
Sales Analyst/reporting role.
Well versed with Salesforce
Prepare Sales Performance Reports through salesforce
Commit Vs Achievement – Weekly report
Capture Commit Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly commit of the team
Prepare various PowerPoint presentations
Accountable for Quotes Approvals across India & SAARC Region in line with the pricing & discounting cap of the product, ensure compliance
Execute various administrative tasks,
Travel management (Domestic & International) & ensure MD is carrying
Boarding pass
Hotel vouchers
Agenda of travel
Arrange Airport transfers – if required
Submission of expense reports
Arrange Visiting Cards as & when required
Manage & prioritize MD’s schedules to ascertain that their time is focused on critical & strategic issues
Orchestrate communication, monitor requests & identify those requires immediate attention
Calendar Management – should be readily available for month/quarter
Daily calendar update
Invites – Commit call/Any events/Meetings
Arrange Partner calls/Customer Calls/Employee calls – as per the requirement & their availability
To manage social media (LinkedIn/Twitter) posts for MD
Attend Visitors
To send birthday/anniversary gifts & wishes to clients/employees – Coordinate with vendor
Procure gift coupons with the coordination of purchase team & timely distribute the same to all the winners with the record of each item
Arrange & attend all QBRs/Meetings/Workshops
Prepare agenda
Be a timekeeper
Record minutes of the meeting
Ensured follow-through of all discussed items in meetings, with updates incorporated into reports
Ensure timely delivery of all agreed reports
Org Chart/Sophos Matrix – To be updated
Quotes every week – Monday morning, Festive greetings to Partners & Employees
Employee of the Month/Sapphire Awards Quarterly – To draft
Draft Win stories & lost order reports on Monthly basis
Manage WhatsApp groups
India Sales Group
IndiaLT Group
Any other work as and when assigned to you resolve all kinds of issues that may lead to hiccups in the workflow
Ascertain & preserve the confidentiality of all communication & documentation
