CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT DESIGN

Can be remote but some onsite visits will be required to Saudi.
Skills needed: ITIL, Process Design, Knowledge of ServiceNow, Experience in design and set up of service support
Function: Design of the full digital service support model, roadmap, business case and acquisition/set up of services.
As we stand up more solutions and the various architectural elements, we need a robust seamless service support.
