Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining and improving inventory management policies, processes, and procedures.
• Responsible for the coordination, maintenance, and control of company inventory.
• Cycle counting, physical inventories, tracking, trend recognition, and discrepancy resolution.
• Inventory Shrinkage reporting, maintenance, and prevention.
• Ensures inventory and related processes, transactions, and records are accurate and sufficient.
• Coordinate return of items to/from internal and external locations
• Ensure physical inventory is well maintained, updated with recent standards/specifications.
• Tagging of new devices (computers, phones, tablets, gadgets, accessories, etc.)
• Work closely with users to securely check-in/out devices.
• Work closely with many departments on device request escalations.
• Inventory Shrinkage reports, maintenance
• Various related data entry duties

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in inventory control.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work with devices, gadgets – (e.g: Android OS, iOS, Windows Mobile, Windows CE)
• Knowledge of Ticketing system (CRM, Service desk ticketing systems)
