Project/ product timeline planning starting from RFQ stage
Description:
The position requires a highly motivated, self starter and experienced in manufacturing in precision sheet metal industry
Project Management and Proficiency in AUTO CAD / Solid works / SAP / GD&T
Tool design & development of stamping parts
Must know Sheet metal design & developments and manufacturing process like stamping, turret, laser, WEDM, Press brake
Exposure in sheet metal fabrication and Machining exposure, and also well knowledge of Automobiles component
Project Planning, Execution & Customer Handling
Process Planning and new product development (NPD)
Project/ product timeline planning starting from RFQ stage to till handover to production.
Design as per application & Specifications, provide materials to customer
Ensure the department is operating as per ISO quality system.
Costing of New Product/part and submission to Marketing department or customer.
Supplier assessment, selection and Vendor development
