About the role

You will be a part of a tightly knit team that works directly with the founders focusing on solving interesting and large-impact problems across the organization. We are looking for a first principle thinker with great problem-solving, data and people skills.

As part of the CEO’s office you will:
Act as a in-house consultant to the Founders and support institutionalizing best practices

across various functions

Identify & resolve bottlenecks that impact the timely progress of various initiatives across

the company

Develop actionable roadmaps to improve workflows, processes & performance metrics

Support decision making with fact-based data analysis

Identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business & communicate the

insights

Own key growth projects and cross functional initiatives from conceptualization to roll out,

through effective coordination with key stakeholders

Here’s what we’re looking for:
Graduation/Post Graduation from Tier 1 Institutes

Must have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Tier 1 Management

Consulting Firms (MBB, Parthenon-EY, LEK, Strategy& and others) or in a high growth start-up

First principle thinker with hands-on operations experience with a multifunctional team

Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential

in a tech- first company

Creative, analytical thinker, and fast learner

Strong business acumen, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer

value

Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with brands and

colleagues at all levels

Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs and in working with

diverse teams and people.
