JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answer phones
Greet customers, discuss their projects firm.
Enter and reconcile bills, create invoices, purchase orders… (Quickbooks is a plus)
Process time cards
Manage inventory by tracking reports generated by the fabrication department
Job costing / contribution reports
Schedule projects – coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors
General office keeping
Order supplies for office and fabrication departments
Maintain social media (the company’s – not yours)
