The Role: Aftermarket Insight Research Analyst

Grade/Level ( relevant for internal applicants only ): 8

The Location: India or India comparable salary levels

The Team: Aftermarket Insight is an on-line platform supporting the automotive industry. It provides news and information as well as in depth reports and thought leading insights. Our clients range from manufacturers that provide products for the accessorizing, repair or maintenance of vehicles. Service providers, parts distributors, energy companies and many more. Our area of interest is the whole life cycle of a vehicle after it leaves the Dealership until it is retired.

The Impact: With this broad area of interest it is important that we have our fingers on the pulse to know what is happening in the industry, what is coming in the future and also what the needs are of our clients. To do this we need to have people with drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to search out the answers as well as ask questions as to what will be the opportunities, for us as a platform, but also for our clients and the Aftermarket as a whole.

Proposed Shift Timing: Local time 9-5pm 40hr per week

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining, updating and adding company profiles including identifying and prioritizing companies to be added

• Identifying and inputting appropriate news stories, daily, two weeks on two weeks off and also to cover holidays/sickness as required

• Maintaining the front page and refreshing promoted content regularly

• Maintaining events page, identifying appropriate events and creating/updating an annual event calendar

• Support bespoke research requests from Content Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree qualification or degree caliber

• Research and/or analytics experience

• Self-starter that is comfortable with remote working

• Fluent with business level English both verbal and written

• Automotive aftermarket knowledge/experience/interest

• Microsoft office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Time management and priority setting ability

• Confident communicator and works well within a team
