The Role: Associate Product Manager, Alerts
Grade : 8
The Location: India/Pakistan
The Team: The Product Management team works in close collaboration with internal divisions and teams –Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Client Services, Content, and Technology–as well as with our clients to create and deliver the roadmap for platform Alerting capabilities.
The Impact: The Alerts Associate Product Manager will play an integral role supporting strategy and execution of our Alerts offering on the CIQ and CIQ Pro platforms. You will work closely with Content, Technology, and Commercial to design, develop and go-to-market with solutions catered towards driving value for our clients

Responsibilities:
Coordinate Scrum Team delivery related activities
Work closely with the stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide enablement to our delivery platforms and gain buy in and support for additional product and content initiatives
Become a subject matter expert to assist relationship managers, new sales, and client support with demonstrations and product/workflow understanding as it relates to Alerts
Work with multiple groups across the division to gather and refine requirements and translate them to actionable technology goals
Create and maintain user stories and a product backlog that describes the end goals, and demonstrates the value to our client both external and internal
Prioritization of the product backlog and setting the vision/expectation for the stories within the scrum team
Participate in regular product reviews to fully engage other groups around the offering
What We’re Looking For:Basic Qualifications:
BA or BS in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Customer mindset with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with stakeholders on all issues and always deliver a positive experience to customers
Expertise collaborating on projects with a focus on execution and delivering long-term results
Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects at the same time
Public speaking skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels within an organization
A professional, organized, detail-oriented, and energetic personality with ability to work independently and creatively and thrive in a team environment
Amenable to work the afternoon shift, or US hours shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with alerts or applications containing alerts
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or SAFe process (Experience as a product owner/Scrum Master of a SCRUM team a plus)
Basic knowledge of the Business/Software Development Life Cycle
Familiarity with existing CIQ Pro product suite – especially desktop and enterprise (e.g. MI/CIQ Pro Platform, CIQ, XF, etc.)
