We are seeking an Associate Product Manager with project management and business analysis experience to join one of our Agile Scrum teams. This particular team focuses on highly impactful, platform-wide initiatives.

What’s In It For You :
You will be a contributing member of an Agile Scrum team accountable for delivering high quality software to customers in a role as an Associate Product Manager
The chance to dig in to complicated technical/functional details surrounding product requirements and specifications
Work with and guide our Product Owners, Software Architects, and others to fill in technical gaps in requirements
You would be the face of application to the business stakeholders
Get a chance to drive the end to end application ownership
Would be completely responsible for the end user satisfaction of the application that you own
Would handhold and groom the scrum team right from starting user story articulation, grooming, reviewing until the sign off and delivery
Promote a team culture and environment
Responsibilities :
End-to-end requirement articulation, provide support in various phases during development and testing until the release of the product.
Utilizing advanced SQL skills to write custom queries, stored procedures and functions if needed and provide guidance to developers if the scope of the story is too technical in nature
Participates in the scoping of proposed improvements work with business to turn the requirements into actionable developer specifications.
Works to mitigate all the scope related risks
Works independently to provide for data transformation, testing, solving problems, and end-to-end user support needs.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Supports the team in overall estimation process by explaining the scope clearly
Articulates the acceptance criteria
Showcase the business value for various features to the stakeholders
Work with the business users and your scrum team to identify opportunities to enhance the application that improves the user experience.
Relies on limited experience and discernment to plan and accomplish goals.
What we’re looking For :
Basic Qualifications :
3 – 6 years of experience as a business analyst, product manager, project manager, systems analyst or similar in a technical environment
Having a product mindset
Previous experience on working in Agile/Scrum teams as an Associate Product Manager
Good problem solving skills
Has potential to prioritize and take the critical decisions
Strong SQL skills and familiarity
Ability to clearly bring together and document software requirements
Strong Critical Thinking and analytical skills
Communication skills (present, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and at all levels)
Preferred Qualifications :
Data analysis experience and solid understanding of structured databases
Hands-on experience with coding or technical details
Experience working in large global teams
Understanding of the financial services industry is a plus
Understanding of Agile methodologies from a project perspective
