The Role: Executive Assistant
The Location: Hyderabad
The Team:
S&P Global is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Hyderabad Orion office to manage members of our administration team in addition to providing support for one or more members of SPG’s Senior Management Team and leading site support initiatives. This role oversees and directs a broad spectrum of strategic initiatives, management responsibilities and functional tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance. You will be required to engage and partner with various parts of the organization, including the technology, facilities, security, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities:
• Support a group of senior individuals in their daily activities
• Co-ordinating and setting up meetings, where needed
• Daily communication, individual and team meetings
• Help in putting across the agenda for meetings
• Help in documenting Minutes of the Meetings
• Help run and execute on site level projects while coordinating across various team
• Work with facilities team in generating regular utilization reports
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement process for office, where needed
• Document and maintaining headcount, seating, expense related data
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and other support teams, where needed
• Facilitate large-scale meetings, including global & local town-halls and training initiatives, where needed
• Facilitate and co-ordinate employee engagement activities with leadership team, employee groups and support teams
• Co-ordinate travel related activities for Orion leadership team
• Help put together Orion monthly news-letters, communication dossiers etc.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate should:
• Possess experience of supporting senior individuals to achieve required service levels.
• Possess critical thinking skills to problem solve independently to meet timelines and requirements.
• Possess strong spoken and written communication skills –, excellent time management as well as have a natural ability to set priorities, stay organized, meet deadlines, and multitask
• Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues
• Action / Result oriented
• Be comfortable working with employees and senior leaders in remote locations
• Possess experience with running projects and tools relevant to project management
• Possess experience working in an Agile/SCRUM based environment
• Possess experience working with Microsoft Office tools/technologies such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and MS Project
• Possess experience working with reporting/data visualization software such as Tableau, Excel etc.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• At least 4+ years of experience in a Team Leader or administrative role with supervisory / management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in IT services industry is highly preferred
• Analytical skills
