Lending Solutions provides end-to-end industry standard solution dedicated to automating the lifecycle of trades in the global syndicated loan markets. The Lending Solutions products simplifies trade lifecycle by providing a fully digitized, integrated, collaborative, real-time platform for buyers, sellers, service providers and agent banks to capture, acknowledge, and settle primary and secondary market loan trades. It provides secure messaging solutions to improve settlement liquidity and efficiency in the loan markets, facilitates post-trade automation, managed service, and provide real-time reporting based on the status of open and historical trades.

We are seeking a bright, self-motivated Software Engineering leader to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering successful solutions to complex enterprise challenges in the financial services industry.
The candidate will be expected to have a deep understanding of system architecture, design and delivery of enterprise scale applications. The candidate will work and will regularly interact with a diverse set of colleagues, including Product, Delivery, Infrastructure, DevOps and QA, and be responsible for the hand-on design, build-out and deployment of enterprise solutions in the cloud.

Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in architecture and design efforts
Mentor and assist other engineers in and out of your areas of ownership and expertise
The managerial role will be overseeing activities of the team of technology resources (both full-time and/or third-party resources)
Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain stable, secure and scalable enterprise solutions
Implement and monitor the best-in-class security measures
The Location: Gurgaon, India.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
18+ Years of experience in software engineering and delivery
Must have a degree in Computer Science or relevant technology related field. An equivalent of this educational requirement in working experience is also acceptable
Candidate should have extensive experience in running and delivering cross cutting software development projects in cloud environments
Candidate must possess solid project risk management capabilities
Candidate should have worked with global teams
Proven track record in running teams of over 20 resources
Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work long and extended hours as needed.
Experience in leading a team of data engineers while remaining hands-on is very important
Proficiency in Java and/or C# and API based data access is a plus
