The Role: Global Benefits Specialist, EMEA shift

Responsibilities:

• Support Benefits programs involving the research and implementation of plans and programs as well as managing competitive benefits offered in various regions.
• Oversee implementation related projects from beginning to end and act as a liaison between Benefits and IT.
• Create an exceptional employee experience by championing unique benefit offerings and automating processes to increase efficiency.
• Develop policies and other documentation to educate all employees about the company’s benefits programs.
• Work with the People and Operations teams and external vendors to ensure our Global Benefits Information Site portal is up to date and supports the smooth running of benefits programs.
• Utilize communication tools effectively to promote understanding of benefit offerings; translating complex data and/or benefits information into easily understood terms.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years Benefits experience in multinational global company
• A self-starter that is motivated to achieve results.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and consolidate data as a practical approach to building robust processes and policy around benefits management.
• Ability to engage and communicate with employees, understand their needs, and deliver benefits to them.
• Benefits project management skills. Capable of overseeing benefit related projects across various time zones. Ability to work cross-functionally between Benefits, HR, Payroll, and IT.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience. Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English
• You’ll be asked to travel in India 2 times per year to train our employees
• Generally this will be EMEA shift with a lot of flexibility to working hours
