The Role: Operations Analysis Specialist

The Team: The OSTTRA Technology team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals, who build, support and protect the applications that operate our network. The technology landscape includes high-performance, high-volume applications as well as compute intensive applications, leveraging contemporary microservices, cloud-based architectures.

What’s in it for you : We are looking for self-driven, client focused individuals with great problem solving and analytical skills to fill an Associate position within the Operations group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day customer support for all services supported within Traiana’s suite of products.

The Normalisation service allows Executing Brokers to take advantage of the incredibly flexible tools that Traiana have to transform and scrape data from many different formats some of which are not inherently suitable for allocation processing.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of trade files/data.

• Client liaison to confirm requirements.

• Wiki page creation to provide an analysed specification to the Development Team.

• JIRA creation to raise work to the Development Team.

• Liaison with the Development Team to clarify any queries.

• Transformer uploads.

• Client-specific Static data mapping.

• UAT testing to confirm client requirements have been fulfilled.

• Trouble-shooting any UAT issues.

• Releasing into Production.

• Ad hoc investigations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Understanding of FIX messaging and CSV file formats preferable

• Ability to document client requirements into detailed integration specifications.

• Process-oriented and excellent organizational skills

• Highly detail-oriented approach to work.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative problem-solver

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Work experience in the financial markets preferably in operations

• Knowledge of OTC / FX products, the trade clearing process and application support a major plus

• Prior experience working on Traiana applications is a major plus
