The Role: Recruitment Sourcing Lead, Technology Talents
The Team: Based in our Hyderabad Skyview office, the Technology Sourcing Team plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting skilled technologists to meet S&P Global’s staffing needs. The team of talent sourcers focus primarily on proactively searching for potential candidates from the technology function. They employ various methods, such as social media, professional networks, and industry events, to discover and engage with talented technology professionals.
The team’s dynamic involves a blend of research, networking, and relationship-building skills. What sets talent sourcing apart is its emphasis on creating a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, anticipating S&P Global’s talent demands. The Impact: As a Candidate Sourcing Manager specializing in technology talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technology professionals.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership to build a pipeline of exceptional candidates, ensuring we have the right talent to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, train and develop a team of talent sourcers specialized in the technology functions. Manage capacity and allocate resources based on strategic hiring goals.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top technology talents, utilizing a variety of channels including social media, professional networks, events, and other innovative methods.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Impact on diversity & inclusion: Partner with Regional recruitment leads to develop DE&I strategy and drive Internal & external DE&I events.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with passive tech candidates, technology communities, and relevant organizations to create a robust network of potential hires.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technology hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing plans for each role.
Candidate Engagement: Implement creative and personalized approaches to engage and maintain relationships with potential tech candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to track the success of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to optimize the overall talent acquisition process.
Suppliers engagement: Cultivate strong relationship with job local boards and strategic staffing agencies to generate a strong and diverse tech talent pipeline for the best cost.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in candidate sourcing, with a focus on technology roles.
Exposure to team leadership as team manager or manager-player with successful experience mentoring colleagues.
Deep understanding of the technology industry, including key programing languages and tech stacks, emerging trends in the technology sector, and relevant tech skill sets.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with passive candidates and tech industry professionals.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technology talents.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the success of sourcing efforts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the company’s value proposition and engage candidates effectively.
