The Role: Security Architect

The Team: Core Engineering is the central Architecture team for the NRS (Network and Regulatory Solutions) division that comprises of around 70 odd products. The team is responsible for architecture governance across all the products, responsible for designing processes and solutions for different practices including DevOps, Cloud, Security and Performance.

The Impact: The role is critical in establishing the security practices in NRS division. It will make sure that all our offerings are following the best security practices and required compliance. It is critical for the smooth working of our businesses and our obligations towards clients to deliver safe and threat free software/ services.

Responsibilities:

The person would be responsible for designing and governing the security architecture of our both on-premises and cloud-based systems. Own the guidelines, practices and blueprints for API Security, Cloud Security, Coding Standards Maintain Zero Trust Reference Architecture Carry out Threat Modelling exercise across division. Participate and advocate DevSecOps pipelines. Conduct security assessments and audits of systems and provide recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure that systems are secure and meet data privacy and compliance requirements. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations. Conducts research and evaluation of emerging technologies and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security or related field. Overall, 9 – 12 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in security architecture, design, and implementation. Experience with cloud security frameworks such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, or Google Cloud Security Command Center. Candidates with certifications like CISSP, CEH or CISM have preference. Good to have knowledge on security compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA and PCI DSS.
