Accounts & Admin Executive – 1a. Qualification – Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/relatedb. Experience: Min 2/3 years of work experience in SME ( Creative Agency Preferred )c. Salary package: Annual CTC Rs 2,83,800-3,40,560d. Minimum commitment of 2 years with 3-6 months of probation periode. Key Responsibilities – Company account(s) management, tax compliance and day to day administrationData entry, tax coordination and reporting, Project invoicing and accounts, Financial administration, Bank reconciliation, Communication and coordinationData Entry· Data entry and accounts payable and receivable, project profit and loss accounts· Sale and Purchase EntryTax coordination and reporting· GST , TDS Reconciliation & Reports MaintenanceProject Accounts/ Invoicing· Project PO and invoice processing and follow-ups to client, consultant, and other stakeholders· E-invoicing· Debit and Credit Note maintenanceFinancial Administration· Office supplies and inventory maintenance· Organisational expense management, checking, verification and tracking· Full and final settlement closure protocols· Timely payment of bills· Preparation of salary sheet and entry for the same· Filing, maintaining, and protecting all financial data· Assisting and supporting with operations· Tracking and maintaining employee and projects reimbursables· Statutory financial compliance· Handling petty cash , preparing cheques· Preparing and tracking annual and monthly budget and profit sheetBank Reconciliation· Bank and ledger reconciliation· KYC and other data trackingCommunication and Coordination· Maintain accounts Information systems (daily, weekly, month, annually)· Company investment tracking and coordination· Good coordination and communication with stakeholders the professional mail and calls, including with CA· Fixing meetings with stakeholders including Partners and clients· Regular follow-up calls with client accounts team for billables· Maintaining regular communication with the bank and bank representative(s)· Maintaining project-wise accounts for all company consultants and vendorsOverall· Assisting and supporting management by ensuring that accounts and financial matters of the organisation are accurate, compliant, timely and protected.· Maintain required data with discretion and confidentiality· Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindib. Software· Tally, Excel , Wordc.
