You’ll be working with Automotive Dealerships of all the leading brands to make their Spare Parts Operation efficient and effective.
As Zonal Head for Business Development, you’ll be responsible for driving company’s objective of increasing penetration among the automotive dealerships in your area of operation and servicing the existing clients to exceed their expectations from the company. The incumbent is expected to
a. Collaborate with the Customers (Automotive Dealers) for action for positively impacting the business and achieve company’s vision of making their spare parts operations ‘LEAN’, ‘ACCURATE’ and ‘TRANSPARENT’
b. Interaction with Customers (Automotive Dealers) to give them a better understanding of the impact in association and helping them achieve the objectives of association
c. Co-ordinate with the Company’s Operations Team to deliver Quality services to the clients.
d. Client Acquisition/ Business Development/ Existing Client Servicing & Receivables collection for services of the company
A Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering graduate with above 10 Years+ of experience is the area of Spare Parts Management Or Inventory & Warehousing Management in Aftersales Automotive Spare Parts Industry
Desired Skills: Self Driven, Passion for Quality, Excellent Interpersonal and Communication (Verbal + Written) skill, Drive for results, having lots of common sense, comfortable working on MS Excel, Analytical Skills, willingness to go extra mile to ensure the customer satisfaction and build a career in Automotive Industry.
