Job Description

Job responsibilities of US IT Recruiter:

• To search resumes online. -To match the resumes with the job description. End to End Non IT Recruitment life cycle.
• To perform extensive phone/email screening of the suitable candidates (US citizens, GC and H1b visa holders).
• To know the interest and availability of the suitable candidates, and negotiate salaries and coordinate their technical interviews.

Qualification: – Any graduate or post graduate (any year pass out) – Willing to work in night shift.

Monday to Friday working days.
