Position – Inside Sales (Corporate Office)

• Must have experience working in inbound and outbound sales
• Must have sales experience.
• Must be able to multi task.
• Must be able to work from office or work from home.
• International customer interaction required.
• Candidate must be self motivated.
• Your communication skills and work ethic are the 2 most important factor to secure this job.
• Timing: USA Shift (9 AM to 6.00 PM CST) Approximately 7
• Computer Skills are necessary, nothing that can’t be taught in a couple of days but its all basic skills.
• Full-time( Only)

If you have already worked in a company that has a B2C business model where your job was to directly interact with customers and help them with the sales process you can consider applying. At this time the ability to communicate with customers is critical. It’s also critical to be a great salesperson must be able to do follow ups and know to use a CRM to line up your calls. You are expected to spend 75% of your time on the phone helping customers. If you don’t have experience talking to customers over the phone this job is not for you. The ideal candidate will usually start his day by following up with customers that have called a day before and were not able to get hold of anyone. Then you will be answering calls that come in through the day. Its important to document everything in the CRM. Make proper notes and timely follow up with customers.
