Who you are: As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on projects for our most strategic clients, helping to deliver value and help define our data analytics roadmap. What you’ll do: As a Business Analyst, you’ll be working with stakeholders across the organization for our most strategic clients, using our many diverse and rich data sets to conduct custom data analyses. You will help guide the direction and development of our data analytics products and services.

Your day-to-day:

• Act as the subject matter expert for accessing and analyzing diverse, unstructured data across the SWZD universe using a combination of analytic software.
• Work cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Product, Marketing and Sales leadership to define the business requirements for data collection, analysis and infrastructure needs.
• Design, test, validate and implement custom client data products and services.
• Develop self-service BI reporting for long term support of internal business units and external client needs.
• Develop different metrics for measuring the effectiveness of media advertising, email and demand generation products for strategic clients.
• Help drive new business and support strategic clients through data driven decisions that are key to structuring and closing deals, and improving customer campaigns
• Act as point of contact for all strategic customer data questions – interpret and communicate findings to non-technical audience.

What does it take to do this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics. engineering, data science, economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 1+ years of industry experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science or another related field.
• Advanced Analytical / Data analysis skills with high attention to detail
• Exceptional problem solving and the ability to find creative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and orally), and a proven ability to produce written reports and present findings to non-technical stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Professional experience (1+ years) working with python, pandas, numpy or other advanced analytical and statistical software.
• Professional experience (1+ years) working with BI reporting software such as Tableau and Power BI (Tableau preferred).
• Professional experience (1+ years) working with SQL, relational databases and database warehouses (SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, Athena).
• Professional experience using managed cloud services (AWS Preferred).
• Professional experience working with clickstream / ecommerce analytic data (Google Analytics).
• Professional experience working with collaboration and project management tools (Jira, Wrike) and enterprise documentation tools (Confluence).
• Fluent in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
• Understanding of the B2B technology vendor landscape
• Knowledge/experience with technology marketing
• Upbeat attitude – approaches challenges as opportunities
