** Must have Technical Knowledge of Car **
Responsible for handling customer escalations at city level.
Driving better customer experience with instant resolution at the time of delivery.
Ensuring process and policy adherence across the function so that cx experience should not be impacted.
Responsible for creating interdepartmental feedback loops.
Understanding customer expectations in various aspects and sharing it with the central team.
Stakeholder management, Cx handling, ticket management would be his major responsibilities.
