Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts and digital media traffic. Responsible to create original video and text content, manage followers, respond to inquiries, establishing our online presence, looking for relevant collaborations to increase visibility, etc to manage SPK Systems’ image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital tools, marketing trends, and technologies. Requires excellent communication skills, to express the company’s views.

Responsibilities

• Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
• Excellency in Personal Branding strategy.
• End to End Paid ad strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). Paid social media campaigns.
• Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content
• Liaise with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
• Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with social media, ads, and client servicing.
• Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
• Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them.
• Knowledge of Google Ad words will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
