What we’re looking for:

The role As a digital marketing designer, you’ll be working alongside copywriters and other designers to create a powerful and consistent brand. You will be working independently on projects, both on request basis and on self-initiated ones, with support from nearly everyone at SplashLearn, from the marketing team to the product team to the game artists. The canvas is yours and the possibilities are endless.
Your designation will be decided during the hiring process based on your experience.

At SplashLearn you will:

• Conceptualize and design brand campaigns for digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Create illustrations, graphics, templates for various marketing channels (including Facebook, Google Display Ads, Apple search Ads, Appstore Optimization)
• Lead brainstorming sessions with members of the creative and video team to come up with campaign ideas
• Present and discuss ideas, concepts and designs with the relevant teams (Marketing, Curriculum, Product and Development team).
• Analyze campaign performance, draw insights and actively test creatives to boost performance.
• Set up new design and work processes where required.
• Continue to explore new design methods and technologies and incorporate them into the process.
• Closely observe the product updates for marketing purposes.

Experience and Skills We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience working within an in-house creative team or digital agency.
• Education in graphic design, fine arts, communication design or a related design discipline.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools – We use the Adobe Suite and Figma.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with performance marketing, ASA and ASO is crucial
• Ability to think of fresh campaign ideas based on a brief and set campaign objectives
• Knowledge of design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to web-based applications/platforms.
• Ability to communicate concepts, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually.
• Prior knowledge of the edtech space and American pop-culture would be a major plus.
