RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective written communication skills – need to communicate in a clear and concise manner while also responding with the right answers in limited interruption.
• Should have multitasking skills – need the ability to work through several chats/tasks/ problems simultaneously to be effective.
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems – providing help and support with installation, customization, maintenance, and upgrading of the product.
• should have the ability to write,understand and speak English.
• Coordinate with team and Updates and Improvements to the customers
• Inform customers about new features and functionalitieS
• Take complete in depth knowledge on our product for better delivers and troubleshooting
• Gather customer feedback and share our Products with them
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
