Full Job Description
· Maintain up-to-date staff records, including a confidential filing system for all staff across multiple business verticals· Provide working tools like work space, computer, manuals, etc for newly hired staff· Generate the annual leave roster, process leave requests and register absence· Maintain an up-to-date office address book of Employed staff, consultants and all third party vendors· Maintain accurate records and files, including personnel files, financial records, and other important documents while upholding a strict level of confidentiality· Look after domestic and international travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements· Logging or processing all bills and expenses· Take hold of Issue of cheques, receipts, and payments· Ensure utility (water, electricity, Internet) and office bills are paid on time and service is maintained· Supervise the office cleaner to ensure that the office is kept clean and tidy, providing an environment that is conducive to work· Responsible for meeting the secretarial needs of the office; these include photocopying, correspondence and maintaining the office filing system· Ensure responsible provision and use of office resources and equipment such as photocopiers, printers, telephones, office stationary and toiletries, escalating unresolved issues as necessary· Ensure coordination with the Director for timely payment and filings of ITRs/personal utility bills and other payments/ bills and payments related to rental properties and/or any similar paperwork· Any other duties that may be assigned in the spirit of this positionQualifications and Skills:· Prior work experience in as an administrative assistant· Knowledge of computers and basic software like MS Office· Excellent communication and business writing skills· Good time management skills and ability to multitask· Familiar with organizational structure, office organization, and optimization techniques· Must work with integrity and professionalismJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)
