What you’ll be doing
Create account-based marketing playbooks including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture, channel activities (email, paid ads, webinars/online events etc.) with the goal of building pipeline and generating qualified demos.
Directly lead the marketing ops team, responsible for ABM campaign execution (Planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization).
Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for different personas.
Set up marketing automation sequences/workflows on Hubspot.
Collaborate with the content marketing team for custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing, and creative development.
Align and collaborate with the sales team to ensure SLAs for follow-ups are achieved.
Own all aspects of the account-based marketing tech stack, including evaluation of additional tools.
What you should have
3+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within the enterprise software/SaaS industry to drive pipeline growth.
CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Hubspot.
Understanding of pipeline management and metrics.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership skills.
Ability to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills.

Compensation: 10-15 LPA + ESOP(s)
Location: Remote first till June 2021 – We’ll work out of our Noida office, and will also open offices in Bengaluru & Hyderabad once it’s safer to work from the office.
