SquadStack Hiring for Finance Executive – AP at Remote, India Full Time

• Responsible for the tracking, monitoring, payment, bookkeeping, and archiving of all invoices received.

• Work closely with management to ensure the full A/P process is seen through to completion.

• Employee reimbursements verification and accounting.

• Ensuring timely payments made to suppliers and Age wise Payables.

• Reconciliations: Bank accounts, Vendor accounts and Inter company.

• Month end closing process i.e. provision entries, prepaid entries, depreciation entries.

• Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax and GST. Filing of various returns under above acts.

• Assisting with the month end closing

• Co-ordinate with various teams for data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in commerce 3-5 year’s experience in handling Core AP process for company.

• Knowledge of Zoho is essential.

• Ability to understand business needs along with core-finance operations.

• Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses required.

• Good Communication and inter-personal skills.
