SquadStack Hiring for Finance Executive – AP at Remote, India Full Time

Responsible for the tracking, monitoring, payment, bookkeeping, and archiving of all invoices received.

Work closely with management to ensure the full A/P process is seen through to completion.
-
Employee reimbursements verification and accounting.
-
Ensuring timely payments made to suppliers and Age wise Payables.
-
Reconciliations: Bank accounts, Vendor accounts and Inter company.
-
Month end closing process i.e. provision entries, prepaid entries, depreciation entries.
-
Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax and GST. Filing of various returns under above acts.

Assisting with the month end closing
-
Co-ordinate with various teams for data.
Requirements:

Bachelor/master’s degree in commerce 3-5 year’s experience in handling Core AP process for company.

Knowledge of Zoho is essential.

Ability to understand business needs along with core-finance operations.

Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses required.

Good Communication and inter-personal skills.
