Assistant HR Manager
*Recruitment – Taking the requirements from respective Managers, getting approvals on JDs , sharing JDs with consultants, co-coordinating with different recruitment vendors to close the open positions and hiring the candidates
*Joining Formalities – Starting from their joining kits, their inductions, email ids, bank accounts etc, on boarding, their needs like, uniforms, id cards, Name tags etc.
*Training & Development – End to end co-ordination with employees, their managers, trainers, TML in both internal and external trainings, maintaining records
*Salary Process/ Attendance/ Leave Records – Working in Attendance inputs and maintaining it with “0”error, Maintaining attendance both biometric, Muster roll, Leave Records employee wise
*Employee Engagement including Grievance Management – Handling all employees complaints / grievances, doing activities like birthday bash, celebrations of Holi , Diwali, CSR activities and giving innovative ideas and implementing the same in sync with management
*Roll Conversion & Confirmation – Ensuring happening of all confirmations on time, doing all coordination in completing all on rolling process, like getting all forms filled and kits etc.
*Reward & Recognition – Doing internal co-ordination and identifying the best performers, U made us proud, Employee of the month, Long Service Awards and ensuring for their rewards and recognition and for bonus (if any)
*Safety and Environment – to ensure Safety training, meetings, prepare MOM, conduct programs to create awareness among employees, etc
*Cost control/savings – initiatives taken to save cost.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
