- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- Responsible for reconcile ledger and follow up for payment and outstanding recovery
- Collate, analyze data, identify anomalies and ensure relevant rectifications.
- Issuing Debit Note & Credit Note for Material Return
- Producing financial reports related budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing preparation of financial budgets.
- Reviewing and supervision of GST Returns, TDS returns
- Liaise with Auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- Customer follow-up on pending payments
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the management assigned by the management
- Preferred: Female candidate
- Experience: Min 5 years
