• Design compelling and visually appealing ad banners, marketing banners, and ad creatives.
• Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to develop creative concepts and designs.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, specifically in ad banners, marketing banners, ad creatives, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Ability to work onsite in Gowlidoddy, Hyderabad, with no option for remote work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
