Hello! Greetings from SRI VELAVAN MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED (ROYAL ENFIELD DEALERSHIP). We are glad to inform you that we are recruiting BPO executives for our Service Center. We are looking for young and talented candidates who are interested in Speaking with customers in their daily routine! Mostly the communication language will be in Tamil, So we want a candidate who can speak Tamil very well!

Responsibilities:

-Handle Inbound & Out-Bound Calls from the Customers, while speaking 1st have to collect the Customer’s Contact number, Vehicle Number, Location and Name.

-Explain the Doubts which are asked by the Customers

-To remind the customers about their Periodical Free Service & Paid Service and to Convince them to come to our service center

-If Customers asked about new vehicle details or parts details, need to explain or divert the calls to respected teams!

-To prepare a report in excel of your work progress daily in whatsapp group!

Customers go to call center agents with their problems and will frequently vent their frustrations without hesitation. While it might not be something you can immediately fix, simply understanding where customers are coming from can make an enormous difference. If you can acknowledge customer concerns and offer your respect, a customer may leave satisfied even if you couldn’t solve their specific problem.

Eligibilities:

Education Qualification: +12, Diploma, Any Degree

Gender: Female only

Experience: 0 – 2 years

Office Timing: 9 AM- 6 PM

Salary: 10k-15k (Based on the experience & Performance)
Fresher: 10k-12k(Based on the Performance in the interview)
