Location: Jamshedpur, JharkhandExperience: 5+ years of industrial experience in HR and AdminThe candidate should be expert in the following -· Talent Acquisition of employees from ground to senior level, Salary Negotiation & On boarding.· Wage & Salary computation, Payroll processing, PF &ESIC administration and Leave management.· Legal Compliances of Industrial Relations & Labour Laws, all state & local employment laws relating to factory.· Contract Labour ManagementOther Roles & Responsibilities -· Ensure compliance in all HR areas – health, safety & other regulations.· Hiring and Training of new employees.· Timely submission of records to Inspector of Factories, PF Commissioner.· Create a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork· Create Work Place Culture, HR Policies and Procedures· Grievance handling· Conduct periodic employee Performance Management· Conduct training for development & growth of employeesMandatory Skills –· Expert in Microsoft Excel- data handling, processing· High Leadership and Teamwork skills· Exceptional ability to communicate well both verbally and in writingJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From ₹28,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:Human resources management: 3 years (Required)Application Deadline: 20/07/2022
