Job description: -Coordinate Office Activities and Operations to Secure Efficiency and Compliance to Company Policies.Travel Management – Timely bookings & other arrangement (No Escalations).Vendor Management – Renewal of Contract & Timely Vendor Payment .Arrangements for various events & conferences as per requirement.Courier Management – Maintaining record of in & out bond courier and co-ordination with the courier executive.Monthly upkeep of office supplies, inventory management.Assisting in corporate office employee engagement planning.Desired Candidate ProfileMale Candidate with Graduate in any discipline ( B.com, B.Tech, Etc.)Minimum 3-4 year’s experience in office management or administrative rolesKnowledge of office administrationAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information MandatorySkillsGood in written and spoken English and the local languageExcellent interpersonal skillsTeam building skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsDecision making skillsEffective verbal and listeningCommunications skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyVery effective organizational skillsEffective written communications skillsStress management skillsTime management skills.The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:· Be honest and trustworthy· Be respectful· Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity· Be flexibleJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Required)
