Our virtual infrastructure, best practices and proven process knowledge helps deliver a full suite of outsourced services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, financial reporting and controller level services to our valued clientele in the US.We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. The responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy.To be successful in this role, you should have hands on experience in the below listed points and also be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.v Manage the HR practices for the organization and act as a consultant on HR related strategies, governance protocols and best practices.v Deep understanding of HR processes and activities. Well versed with drafting of policies and driving awareness across the organizationv To coach and challenge business leaders on all aspects of people strategy and HR related issues to raise the bar on performance across various client processes and form a highly engaged workforce, translate strategy in workable processes & initiatives that deliver against priorities.v Communicate with the senior management, share ideas and suggest solutions for the manpower requirements, understand budgets and organizational culture.v Plan & Create HR strategies around Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for the organization. Ensure that role descriptions are developed for all new positions and review/revise role descriptions for existing positions as required. Develop strategies to hire the best talents across multiple locations in the country through most efficient and cost-effective methods. Prepare /update the SOPs and necessary matrices for any hiring related processes. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and all other documentation related to employment. Prepare induction plans and take responsibility for the smooth induction of all new joinees. Through the analysis of data provide necessary reports to the Management on hiring status & needs.v Managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exits. Produce results by following HR Trends and adopting the latest HR trends and innovations in hiring. ( Video Interviews, Linked In Connections, Networking etc.) Keep track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees. Track attendance, maintain leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc. Prepare various letters like increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, show-cause notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc. Ensure the implementation of HR policies and Code of Conduct. Ensure that the organization chart and employee contact information including personnel profiles etc. is updated on a regular basis i.e., monthly or quarterly. Regularly update the HR Manual and other necessary documents.v Resolve complex employee relation issues and address grievances.v Handling payroll queries and payroll management for the organization.v Conduct Performance Appraisals. Implementing Reward & Recognition programs. Assist the Senior Management in identifying career paths for Team Leaders and team members, based on the existing and future talent needs of the organization. Put in place an appropriate career dialoguing process where every employee is able to understand the interdependence of his/her aspirations with the goals of the organization. Assist the Senior Management in reviewing the careers of each employee at least thrice every year. (Setting Appraisal plan and objectives, Mid-term Review and Appraisal implementation review)v Create and track the Manpower cost and budgets across multiple business processes. Work closely with the senior management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and enhance employee retention. Assist in the Remuneration Review process, including determining of remuneration for each grade/position keeping in mind market trends. Assist the Senior Management in linking variable pay/performance bonus to appraisal ratings. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations pertaining to remuneration and rewards.v Organizing and conducting employee engagement activities. Identify and execute appropriate talent engagement initiatives to ensure a high degree of organization vitality. Identify and execute measures that will contribute to making Staffing Global amongst the best places to work in. Execute processes designed to track in an ongoing basis the levels of employee engagement in the organization. Review processes as applicable.v Well versed with Labor laws and statutory requirements. Ensure 100% compliance on all statutory and legal issues pertaining to the organization.v Handle HR audits & keep the organization compliant with respect to regulations.Qualifications: v 12+ years of experience from the financial services industry. Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager or relevant position.v MBA from a top tier business school and international exposure is required.v Managed teams of 50+ people across levels with focus on building capability.v Managed senior business partners within HR and business across geographies & cultures.v Effective leadership skills that can energize multi-disciplined work teams to respond to business needsv Excellent written & verbal communication – Has strong ability to convey ideas, present to, and influence senior management, business leaders, peers & teamv Strong command over HR management software like applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, etc.v Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.v Strong ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.Expected Start Date: 15/4/2021Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
