Job Brief:
Being a customer first company, the Customer Support division is critical to STAGE. This team comprises enthusiastic, passionate, fun-loving and highly communicative individuals who continuously work towards ensuring a great experience for STAGE users at all times.
This is a high commitment role, and you will fit right in if you believe in delivering the best service experience and are passionate about dialect based entertainment ( Haryanvi & Rajasthani ).
Responsibilities:
Provide end – to – end service support to our customers. Attend customer queries , issues and grievances over phone, email, live chat and SMS.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to concerned Teams in the company.
Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
Meet the high standards of professional conduct , turnaround time and accuracy.
Actively engage and cross-sell the upcoming shows on STAGE OTT App.
Collaborating with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards
Skills Required:
1+ years experience in customer service specializing in Inbound/Outbound support, ideally from an internet start-up/e-commerce background or OTT background
Excellent proficiency in Haryanvi, Rajasthani & Hindi
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
An understanding of the Customer First principle and committed to consistently delivering high-quality customer support.
Quick learner and ability to work in a collaborative work environment.

STAGE is a hyper-local OTT platform that produces content in dialects like Haryanvi, Rajasthani etc. STAGE features content formats like long-duration web series, movies, short-films, standup comedians, poetry, folk & much more.
Started in 2019, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanavi and Rajasthani as a dialect. It has become the largest OTT in the region, with over 150k+ subscribers already.
