We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet, answer and respond to calls/emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.Greet & acknowledge visitors and staffsConduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documentsCoordinate project deliverablesPerform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget trackingSchedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the companyProvide administrative support for operations teamMonitor the overall work flow of the office & staffWe are expecting the below competences:Bachelor’s degree required.2+ years’ experience working in an office settingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow.Customer-service orientedAble to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervisionJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Kakkanad, Kochi – 682030, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (Required)Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)total work: 4 years (Required)Language:English (Preferred)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Application Deadline: 06/04/2022
