Self-dependent generation of:

• 3D CAD parts & assemblies SWS & SPR equipment

• Manufacturing drawings

• Reference and Dimension drawings

• Bill of material

• Quality check of CAD data and drawings

• Release process in PDM Database

• Support of Data Clean up in UG & PDM

• Effectively communicate status of active projects through regular status reports and assure timing metrics are met for all deliverables.

• Attend manufacturing handoff meetings and quality meetings to assure adequate design engineering support is provided when applicable.

• Determine feasibility/risk assessments through the use of both practical and analytical methods (rapid prototyping, design stack ups, design studies, DFMEA, testing plans, etc.)

Assistance of design engineer for:

• Customized design of existing machined parts & assemblies, based on existing guidelines

• Import of 3D CAD parts into PDM Windchill

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in designing of complex mechanical / electrical systems.

• Knowledge of mechanical design principles.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

• Project management skills with emphasis on meeting deadlines

Expert Knowledge of:

• CAD System Siemens NX11 Expert

• Windchill PDM System Expert

• SW Smart sheet Basic

• MS Office Advanced

• Language English Fluent in spoken and written

• Manufacturing of machined components Basics

• Pneumatics Basics

40h / week
