• Assume overall accountability for the production process and efficiency of process of assigned work station.

• Responsible for Hr by Hr production on work station.

• Responsible for 5’S’ execution aligned with SFS.

• Responsible for Tier 1 meeting .

• Responsible for follow up of W I, AMCS and control chart on line.

• Responsible to follow and improve Line load balance chart to eliminate waste.

• Insures strict compliance with plant EH&S goals report Near miss.

• Fully support and comply with SFS objectives as hate waste.
