What you’ll do
Analyze data from various sources, such as website analytics, Google Analytics, customer behavior, and sales data, to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue to measure the success of eCommerce initiatives.
Train and onboard customers onto the eCommerce platform.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and share insights with stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase conversion rates, and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales & marketing, product management, IT, customer service to implement campaigns and optimize the eCommerce experience.
What you’ll bring :
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in engineering or management
4-5 years of experience in an eCommerce analysis or related role
Experience running eCommerce campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Strong oral & written communication/presentation skills
Prior experience working with overseas teams
